4 WEEK GYM PROGRAM 

This includes a 4 week tailored gym program using a combination of free weight and resistance training with cardio and active rest sessions. On completion of our online assessment we will have a clear understanding of your goals,  your life-style, what motivates you and why you want to improve your physical health.

Each day will be planned out for you and your program will consist of an easy to use exercise video library that will keep everything simple and eliminate any confusion.

 

6 WEEK NUTRITION PLAN

Based on your lifestyle and eating habits we take care to integrate your structured nutrition plan within your existing lifestyle.  Each plan with be based upon your unique goals with a mapped out supplement guide when and where needed that will enhance progress and performance.
